Equity Investment

Global Blockchain Mining has reserved equity for investors that seek long-term investment in cryptocurrency mining. Investment participation is limited and subject to the approval by Global Blockchain Mining, Inc’s executive leadership. Global’s limited shareholder program includes equity participation with regular monthly payments to the shareholder based upon the shareholder’s proportionate share of the 12% equity participation pool.
In addition to the revenue pool, shareholders may participate in dividend distributions as approved by the company’s Board of Directors. Shareholders of 5% or greater are invited to participate as advisors to the Board.
Each month, 12% of Global’s blockchain mining revenue is placed into a shareholder equity participation pool. As an example, on monthly revenues equaling $1,000,000, $120,000 would be placed into the pool, leaving a proportionate share payment of $3,000 for each 2.5% shareholder.
As Global Blockchain Mining revenues increase, the shareholder’s proportionate monthly share also increases. While it's impossible for Global to predict the future of the cryptocurrency market, Global forecasts a minimum revenue pool of $120,000 monthly for each mining facility once fully adopted. Shareholders participate in all facilities. Shareholders also participate in their proportionate share of dividend distributions when/if available, which are incremental to the shareholder Revenue Pool.
